📝 Ingredients (baking tray 30 x 40 cm):

✅ 5 eggs
✅ 100g sugar (3.52 oz.)
✅ 90g flour (3.17 oz.)
✅ 4 g baking powder (0.14 oz.)
✅ 50ml oil (1.69 oz.)
✅ 50 ml milk (1.69 oz.)
✅ Vanilla extract or flavor
✅ 2 apples
✅ 500 ml pudding (16.9 fl.oz.)

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with sugar until stiff.
2. Sift flour and baking powder into the egg mixture and fold in.
3. Add oil, milk and vanilla extract and stir.
4. Quarter the apples, core them and cut them into slices.
5. Pour the dough onto a baking tray and spread it evenly.
6. Lay out the apple slices in 4 rows on the dough.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° C/ 338 F° for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
8. Allow the finished sponge cake to cool and turn it out.
9. Spread the smooth side with approx. 500 ml of pudding and fold it over 3 times.
10. Let the finished roll sit for a few hours.
11. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Complete! ♡
