The first time I got asked this question via Instagram, I stared at my screen for 30 minutes, staring blankly at the screen. I was unsure of how to answer it.

Ever since then, my answer to this short question has been at least a paragraph long.

I fully understand why people ask this question. When you’re feeling unwell or are new to the world of POTS, you might be wondering if there is anyone who is cured.

"Am I bound to live like this forever?"

"Is this what the future holds?" So you look around for stories of hope and positivity.

That hope helps you keep going with the lifestyle changes needed for improving.

I know it should seem like a straightforward yes or no, but it’s a bit more complicated than that. So I’ve made a video to explain this a bit better.

Tune in to find out:
- More about my journey
- Where I was vs where I am now
- What has improved and what hasn't
- How my life looks like now vs then
- The two biggest thinking traps I see when people embark on this journey

I hope you find the video as well as the exercise in the video helpful.
