So, the pending case against huawei started again started hearing again in Brooklyn (New York) where, court judge – Ann Donnelly asked the parties if they would like to settle this subject. In response, U.S. Assistant Attorney Alexander Solomon said:
“The reason we’re here today is that the settlement discussions ended . We think it would be better to schedule a trial date.”
In simple words he said our attempts to settle this matter peacefully have failed. So, we believe it's best to set a date for a trial, and here comes the best part, the judge said that, a perfect date for the Huawei-U.S. lawsuit trial to begin would be the beginning of January 2026. Solomon cited that this case could take around four to six months.
