Hey Everybody! In this video I show you how I make strawberry crunch cheesecake jars a.k.a strawberry crunch cake jars! Perfect for when you want a portable dessert or don't want to have to slice up a cake to share and enjoy. As usual, ingredients are listed below. Enjoy!

Cake
2½ cups flour 285g
1½ cups granulated sugar 300g
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, room temp 113g
4 whole eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup whole milk, room temperature 6 oz/183g
1/2 cup strawberry reduction *140g/5oz
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tsp strawberry emulsion or extract
1 tsp lemon zest(optional)
¼ cup vegetable oil
Pink food coloring

*1 pound of strawberries reduced down to about 3/4 - 1 cup. To berries, add 1/4 cup sugar and a teaspoon of lemon juice, if desired.

Crunch Crumbs
107 g granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
90 g flour (3/4 cup) AP flour
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
8 tablespoons of oil or melted butter, divided
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp strawberry jello powder
Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes. Cool them crumble.

Cheesecake Filling
16 oz cream cheese, cold
4 oz butter, soft room temp
2 cups powdered sugar (250g)
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
