Finding Product Market Fit is hard. Finding it in Africa is even harder. Roger Norton has been working in the Product and Innovation space as a Product Manager in South Africa and South Africa for years and has been involved in many products breaking into the market.
Recently, he moved to OkHi, a Nigerian based company that has been on a mission to solve the problems faced in Africa's informal areas by building tech that can help people verify their addresses, opening them up to many opportunities that were otherwise unavailable.
He helps us unpack the concept of product-market fit, and what any company needs to do to achieve it and references how OkHi is on its way to becoming a leader in the continent.
