Lexus has presented the all-new 2024 Lexus GX.
The SUV is presented under the name GX550.
The new GX demonstrates a bold and aggressive exterior design and a luxurious, modern interior space.

The Lexus GX is 2.75 inches (70 mm) longer and 3.74 inches (95 mm) wider than the outgoing car, while the wheelbase is stretched by 2.36 inches (60 mm).
The SUV now measures 197.04 inches (5005 mm) long, 83.33 inches (2117 mm) wide and 76.18 inches (1935 mm) high.

The standard powertrain in the GX550 is a 3.4-liter twin-turbocharged V-6 engine that produces 349 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque and is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

The GX will be offered in six grades: Premium, Premium+, Luxury, Luxury+, and all-new for Lexus, Overtrail and Overtrail+.

First-ever Overtrail grade with standard 33-inch All-Terrain tires and 18-inch rims, a locking rear differential, and a wider stance than the standard GX.

The all-new cabin features a standard 14.0-inch center screen and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
The software supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The GX is available in six- or seven-seat versions. The six-seat layout has captain's chairs for the second row.
An Overtrail+ trim adds massage seats for driver and front passenger.

The Overtrail's other off-road features include multi-terrain select, crawl control, downhill assist control, and 3D multi-terrain monitor as well as Electronic-Kinetic Dynamic Suspension.

Standard driver assistance features include a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane departure alerts, and more.

The GX shares the GA-F platform introduced on the current-generation LX 600.
This strong and lightweight ladder frame increases body rigidity and improved on-road handling.

The newly developed double wishbone front suspension is combined with a multi-link rear suspension to achieve a high level of off-road and on-road driving performance.

An available Adaptive Variable Suspension constantly adjusts damping forces based on changing road conditions.
GX adopts Electronic Power Steering enabling increased steering feel on and off-road.
