Telling people there is no cure for tinnitus is unethical on two counts: first it is not true. Many people like me used to have tinnitus badly and no longer have it. Secondly this causes no end of damage, often makes symptoms worse and can have devastating consequences. If you find support with body-based therapy such as craniosacral therapy or acupuncture etc your nervous system will release and let go, which in turn will help tinnitus back off. Equally psychotherapy can help process undigested life experience which in turn helps your nervous system back off.
