The system uses the following components of a DS4 Hydraulic Training System by Bosch Rexroth AG
1. 4WREE6E08-23, 4/3 proportional directional valve with integrated electronics and load simulation
2. Hydraulic power unit with variable displacement control (50 bar, Single Pump, 1.5kW, 8 l/min)
3. Single rod cylinder, Stroke 200mm, Piston/Rod Dia. 25/16mm
4. Linear potentiometer: GEFRAN PKM 0250 Retilinear Rodless Displacement transducer
5. Input Output Modules: ODOT Modbus coupler with Analog Input and Output modules (+ -10V)
6. Pressure gauges: 0 - 100 bar
7. Hose lines with quick disconnect couplings (Max. Pressure: 120 bar)
8. Pressure relief socket
9. Hydraulic oil: AVIA Fluid RSL22
10. BPS21.0 operating module, adapter for the connectors to laboratory sockets

Programming: Python with Tkinter for GUI, PID Controller, Modbus/TCP libraries.
