Clyde/ EMD Model ML2 1500Hp diesel Electric Co-Co, Victoria Railways Class B No B61 Bernie Baker at Goulburn Roundhouse NSW Australia, these locomotives introduced in 1952 after the success of the Commonwealth Railways ML1 GM single cab units (the first GM1 can be seen in the background).
VR ordered some twin cab units. Eight locomotives are still in service with One l still on passenger service with V line in Melbourne Victoria, albeit re-engineered as a class A. This locomotive is named Bernie Baker, he can be seen giving us the thumbs up out of the cab window at the end of the video, he's a driver working for the locomotive owners Southern Short-haul Railways (SSR).
Bernie organised the streamliner event in Goulburn NSW, and it showed the broadest and largest collection of the Goodwin AlCo & Clyde EMD Stream-liner locomotives ever to be assembled in Australia; a credit to all involved.
