Ahh Santa Monica sunsets. These are what LA dreams are made of. There is something extra special about the angle of the sun at this time of year. When it illuminates the sea, edged by the mountains, with the outline of palm trees swaying in the breeze, it is extraordinary. On this ride, it is the grand finale after doing a mash up of a few local rides we've done in the past - Mt. St. Mary's, Crestwood Hills, San Vicente, and Brentwood, plus a bonus hill up Ocean Ave. The best way to end the day.
