Here's what to order at Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas if you like authentic Thai food. Lotus of Siam is said to be one of the best Thai restaurants in Las Vegas, maybe the best Thai restaurant in America, or even the best Thai restaurant in the world. The Lotus of Siam menu includes khao soi (coconut curry noodle soup), nam kao tod (crispy rice with sour sausage), nua dad deaw (Issan style beef jerky) and other authentic northern Thai foods. We ordered the khao soi with short rib, crispy rice with sour sausage, Issan style beef jerky, garlic prawns, and Thai stuffed chicken wings.
