How has generative AI changed the educational landscape? Can you tell the difference between responses generated by humans over those created by generative AI? Are you smarter than ChatGPT?

Santa Clara University Senior, Laura Clark, coordinates and moderates this interactive opportunity for students, faculty, and others to test their abilities to differentiate between ChatGPT and human responses and find places where ChatGPT hallucinates or makes errors. The event will also provide a place for students and faculty to discuss how ChatGPT has changed the educational landscape. The content of the prompts and the conversation will focus on ethical uses of generative AI technology.

This event is sponsored by the Hackworth Fellowship at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics and is open to the Santa Clara University community.
