Over the summer I was diagnosed with autism & have learned so much about myself. I have learned also that I grew up in a conditional love home & I don't think anybody should ever have to go through this.

7:40- They'er highly judgmental
10:33- You can't express your opinion or feelings about them
11:47- They have unreasonably high expectations of you
15:15- They shut down conversations
