OK, this pattern of behavior by manufacturers need to be punished! The public has a right for legit honest reviews, even totally subjective ones. All these gushing, glowing reviews for every "solicited review" we see being published, helps no one but the manufacturer and the reviewers click count/pocket book. The threat of litigation for a less that 100% gushing endorsement is not something we as a society should tolerate on any level.
