Holly Willoughby has broken her silence for the first time since her shock decision to step down from her role at ITV presenting This Morning after 14 years.

The 42-year-old last posted on her Instagram account the day she announced the news on social media that she would no longer be part of the programme as she vowed to put herself and family first following a tough few months for the presenter.

She has now shared her first post since October 2023, as she starts a new chapter returning to host ITV's Dancing On Ice this weekend.
