During "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party" Monsters Inc, Laugh Floor and Mad Tea Party (TeaCups) are re-themed. The only way to see this in person is to attend the Magic Kingdom after hours event "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party". Enjoy!
