"Lapua 1976" is an unprecedented story of love, courage, and hope amidst Finland's most devastating disaster - the explosion of Lapua's ammunition factory on April 13, 1976.

Kaisa (played by Linnea Leino), who returns to her hometown, Lapua, after many years, meets her former lover from her youth, Matti (played by Konsta Laakso), and old feelings are rekindled.

Starring Linnea Leino, Konsta Laakso, Hannu-Pekka Björkman, and Leo Sjöman, Lapua 1976 will be released in theaters this fall.
