In this video, I discuss what looks like an impending lawsuit by the SEC against the Ethereum Foundation and ETH insiders.

The Ethereum Foundation appears to have received a subpoena from Swiss regulators, and various US sources are confirming that the SEC is preparing an attack on Ethereum and possibly even on all proof of stake coins.

This is very bad news for other proof of stake coins that also came with a large premine like Cardano (ADA).

Because of this ongoing investigation, it seems likely that the ETH ETF will be delayed until at least after the US elections, and probably indefinitely. Is it even possible to issue an ETF that is backed by unregistered securities in the US?

Bitcoin remains in a class of its own, without competitors. There simply is no second best.
