This is a high pwered E-bike I built from scratch. The frame is TIG welded 6061 aluminum. The rear suspension is from a Haro downhill bike (made by Intense racing). The frame was damaged and, therefore, worth very little. So, I cut it apart and used the rear suspension welded to my own Monocoque main frame. The battery pack is a 40 amphour Lipo pack (25C rated). This video was done to test Delta/Wye switching. At the time of this video the bike is running two Astro Flight 3220 m otors peaking at 28,000 watts of power from thw battery (around 22,000 watts of mechanical output power to the wheel). Since this video was taken, the bike has been seriously upgraded to three 3220 motors peaking at 42,000 watts from the battery pack and over 40hp to the rear wheel. It is a monster! The bike is, now, geared for 54mph top speed. I will post a video when I have it available.
