Polk; Harcourt Morgan, President of the University of Tennessee; David Lillienthal, Director of the TVA and Sen. George Norris for the organization of the TVA. Pres. Franklin Roosevelt speaks on the importance of the TVA for water control and hydroelectric power. R.2. Scenes of the various dams' construction. TVA specialists teach local farmers new techniques.
