So your problem is whenever you create a product with variations on Amazon some of the child variations end up under the parent and the rest are independent products? Or you created a product with variations in the past in your listing looks perfect only to come back now and find it in shambles due to some weird glitch?

Yep, this is exactly what I was going through, and Amazon customer service is worthless. They understand how to copy and paste the steps, but no one actually knows how to articulate exactly what you're supposed to do. It's very frustrating to say the least. Hopefully this will help you get your house back in order!!
