How far does the Tesla Model Y get in reality on the highway at 130 km/h and in good weather conditions? How good is its charging curve really? I test the real range and consumption on my usual highway range route and record a charging curve at the fast charger at the end. Unfortunately, the typical Rainmaker weather did not want to materialize during this test.
According to the WLTP cycle, the Tesla Model Y should be able to drive up to 507 km with its usable battery capacity of around 72 kwh. Is that really realistic? I test the real consumption and the actual range while driving briskly on the highway. How will the Tesla Model Y perform? The answer is in this video.
