This is the movie "Brotherhood Of Justice" it was filmed in the late 80's and they filmed in Capitola, Aptos, Aptos Highschool,Santa Cruz Boardwalk, and Watsonville. In this part of the movie they go into "Little TJ" which is Watsonville. They pass through main street, the fox, canada shoes, the old century cinema and they pass by the city hall building.
