The Trifecta is one of the most demanding 4x4 routes in all of Moab, Utah. It includes the famous trails of Poison Spider and Golden Spike (Jeep Badge of Honor Trails), and Gold Bar Rim. This is no cakewalk! We started just after sunrise and did not finish until after dark. Right off the bat, we tackled the "Pre Launch Pad," "The Waterfall," and "The Wedgie" on Poison Spider. Quickly followed by the "Launching Pad" and "Skyline Drive." After a quick lunch, it was off to one of the most famous obstacles of them all, "The Golden Crack." The Golden Staircase, the Double-Whammy, and the waterfall on Gold Bar Rim were next. It was dark by the time we made it to Highway 191, and we had to make quick repairs to TJ's steering components before getting dinner in town. After dinner, we drove to Grandpa's Garage for further repair! It was a long, long day!
