On November 6, 2019 the brand new New Orleans Armstrong International Airport officially opened its doors to the public marking an end to the old MSY airport building. This land has been operating commercially as an airport since 1946. The new MSY (which stands for Moisant Stock Yards) is a new state of the art airport terminal with a lot of amazing amenities.
