8顆 皮 20g 餡 15g
8pcs dough 20g/pc + filling 15g/pc
無鹽奶油 60g unsalted butter
糖粉 20g Powdered sugar
全蛋液 15g whole egg liquid
奶粉 10g milk powder
卡夫起司粉(可省略) 3g KRAFT grated cheese (can skip)
低筋麵粉 90g cake flour
一點點鹽 A little salt
紅麴粉 1/4tsp red rice powder
抹茶粉 1/4tsp matcha powder
可可粉 1/4 tsp Cocoa powder
黃色蔬果粉 1/8 tsp Yellow food coloring powder
烘焙時間 150C 15-20分鐘
300F 15-20mins
這款配方皮比較薄,所以烤出來一樣香酥,但會比較脆的口感
