Food is at the heart of many cultures, and generations-old dishes can become symbols of the places and peoples they come from. But food is also big business. So what happens when celebrity chefs and corporations try to capitalize on cultural dishes? Chef David Chang of Momofuku recently faced a wave of backlash after he tried to enforce trademarks on the popular Asian condiment, chili crisp. GBH News' Callie Crossley has some thoughts about that, and other cultural food controversies. She joined Crystal Haynes to discuss.
