The “Misinformation in Marginalized Communities” webinar aims to address the impact that misinformation has played throughout the pandemic. Our special guest for this webinar is Melissa Brown PhD, assistant professor, College of Arts and Sciences at Santa Clara University. During this webinar, Professor Brown will focus on the effects of misinformation, how to address it, and how it manifests in marginalized communities.​​

Additionally, this webinar and the others in the series aim to provide support and information to school personnel as they encourage vaccination and address misinformation within their communities by providing up-to-date medical information, sharing best practices, and discussing the changing landscape around COVID-19 vaccination efforts.
