Ferne McCann simply breathed out her baby when she was giving birth.

People didn't think it was possible, but she was able to give birth without the pain and complications that many women endure.

In this TEDx talk, Ferne explains the science around how women can "breathe out their baby" and not feel fear or pain during labour. Ferne McCann has built a successful personal brand over the last decade and is one of the UK’s best-known media personalities. Ferne has starred in some of the country’s most watched television shows and collaborated with some of the UK’s most popular brands. She continues to star in her long-running ITV programme Ferne McCann: My Family and Me.

Ferne is also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of mental health app Shoorah and her biggest passion is sharing the tools and techniques that have helped support her own mental health with as many people as possible, through the many features within the app. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
