How to Make Mashed Potatoes

6 medium sized potatoes
1 cup of milk (adjust as needed)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup of Shredded Cheese
Salt - we didn't add in any because we're watching salt intake, and we will often cover them with gravy which is salty.

Optional items;
Sour Cream
Yogurt
Chives

Bake in a 350f oven for 20 minutes

Or

If you're taking it to someone's house,
Cover it with a lid or aluminum foil then
bake it when you get there.
