This video is for informational purposes only. We self-fund our trips and the resorts do NOT know that we make videos about our experiences in order to give you an authentic and honest review. Our opinions are our own.

In this video we are looking at the different suite options available at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso. We give you a good look at the different rooms, room locations, and how they compare in price so that if you decide to book your vacation at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso you will know which room category might fit what you are looking for.

There are 310 rooms and suites and the difference between most (not all) of the suites lies in the views off of the balcony and the room location. The Iberostar website is really handy in showing room locations. If you input your dates and then look for the room location tab you can see where throughout the resort your room category is located.

In our opinion:
Penthouse is for those who want the best of the best and price is no object.

The Ocean Front Butler Corner Suites cost less than the penthouse and are half the size but still give you butler services and excellent oceanfront views and locations.

Panoramic Ocean Front Butler Suites are for those who want top floor in an ocean front building

Oceanfront Butler suites are for those who want oceanfront location and views. Not on the top floor.

Villas are for those who want space and privacy. They are in a secluded area of the resort and offer butler services as well as their own private pool and garden.

Pool View Suites are for those who want peace and quiet. The balconies overlook the quiet pool area of the resort. No music or games happening outside your room.

Upper Floor Garden View Suites are for those who was a step up from entry level and a top floor garden location.

Garden View Suites are for those who want an entry level suite for a good price.

Accessible Suites are located in the main building and are booked as an "accessible room". It is not one you call to request after the fact.

The interiors of the Garden Views, Pool View, & Oceanfront Suites are all very very similar so you are really deciding on room location/view and your budget.

The video tours were taken of our Oceanfront Suite on the second floor of the beachfront building and our Upper Garden View room on the top floor of the main building (looking out onto the garden and the spa pool).

Some of the other room category images are courtesy of Iberostar.com because in order for the resort not to know that we are reviewing them we can't ask to tour the other rooms. 😜
