With all this fear and stress over the coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic, I thought I'd share my experience with having the virus to hopefully lower your anxiety over it somewhat. Me and my whole family are currently sick with coronavirus, so I go through how we became sick, the symptoms we're experiencing, and how we're treating them and dealing with it all.

Aside from listening to and following all the guidelines being put out on hand washing, social distancing, and quarantining, my biggest tip right now would be to prioritize your mental health and limit your intake of the news on the pandemic. Get the information you need and then just shut it off.
