Allah (SWT) makes a parallel in the Qur'an between bees and human society. The lesson we can learn from this comparison that Sh. Hamzah mentions is that, as a community, go take what is the best in the world and share that with others, benefit from each other, and insha’Allah we’ll be able to produce a product that will be a healing for the world and a healing for ourselves.
