In this video I discuss the process and products used to update our two Trek Navigator 2.0 comfort bikes from standard bikes to electric bikes. While I did not film the entire install, I believe I covered the process pretty well. Here are some of the items referenced in the video:

The actual kits came from Magnum Bikes. They do not list the kits on the website, so you actually have to call and inquire about them as they are still pretty new:
