Update Nov 30, 2021: I’ve been using these at our ranch quite a bit and I’m absolutely amazed how well they have been working. I’m easily getting over 2x the range of my old Midlands. They are crystal clear going thru thick wooded areas and around large granite boulders and hills. There’s nowhere in the ranch that we don’t get crystal clear reception.

Baofeng was nice enough to send me a pair of G11S's to review, so full disclosure there, but honestly, I really, really do like these radios. They don't get anywhere near the range of my Wouxun KG805G's, but everything else about them is better from the build quality and overall feel to the features that it has. For the money, $60, this is a great pair of 3 watt GMRS radios, and I use them out at our ranch.
