The Volvo EX90 is a new flagship SUV from Volvo that will be fully electric and have seven seats. It will be positioned above the gasoline-powered XC90 when it goes on sale as a 2024 model. It will have a sleek design inspired by the Concept Recharge show car from 2021 and feature advanced safety technology such as lidar and driver-monitoring system. It will have a dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain with either 402 hp or 496 hp and a 111-kWh battery pack that should deliver around 300 miles per charge. It will also have bi-directional charging capability, which means it can power other devices or vehicles. The Volvo EX90 is expected to start at under $80,000 and arrive in Australian showrooms in late 2024.
