When someone sends you an ingredient you have never heard of you might scratch your head and wonder what you do with that, at least that is what I did. But after a bit of searching and pondering we came up with a gem of a recipe that we cook over the live fire at camp using the Snow Peak Takibi fire pit. The combination was magic!

Recipe for 1 pound pork belly
Marinade
-1.5T Soy Sauce
-2.5T Banana Ketchup
-1/2t Garlic Powder
-Juice ot 1.5 Small Lemons
-1/2t Fish Sauce (optional)
-1/4t Pepper

Mop
-1.5T Soy Sauce

-1/2t Fish Sauce (optional)
-IF YOU HAVE Knorr Liquid Seasoning you can replace Maggi and Fish Sauce using 1T
-Juice Of The Other 1/2 Lemon

Dipping Sauce
-1/2 Cup Vinegar
-2 Minced Garlic Cloves
-1T Finally Chopped Onion
-Red Pepper Flakes To Taste
-Salt To Tastet
-Black Pepper To Taste
