The homeowner in question was being asked to pay before possession, and our scheduled inspection was initially hindered as the builder mistook me for a random individual, despite the agreed-upon date and time for the inspection. After establishing my credentials, the builder allowed me to carry out the inspection.

As expected, the property was ridden with non-compliant works, ranging from roofing to waterproofing issues. When I highlighted a breach in the waterproofing standards to the builder and explained its implications and the need for rectification, his response was shockingly unbelievable.
