How do you describe your relationship? Or perhaps you're still single but you want to learn about the early signs of a toxic relationship?

It’s always important to stay attuned to the behavioral patterns of our partners because it can help us detect red flags early on. Being observant of toxic behaviors from the start can prevent us from jumping into a serious commitment and maybe even walk away from a situation that could be potentially dangerous, such as domestic violence or narcissistic abuse.
