The 2024 Kia EV6 mid-size SUV is certainly making its presence felt, with the first-generation all-electric vehicle having now been on sale in Australia for two years, and while it's won plenty of fans, it has faced stiff competition from the all-conquering Tesla Model Y along the way.

So, how is the EV6 keeping fresh against its rivals? Well its current line-up is double the size of what was available at launch, with the entry-level Air variant and high-performance GT flagship joining the mid-spec GT-Line in the months following, offering buyers Model Y levels of choice.
