HOW TO MAKE BANANA PUDDING | The BEST Banana Pudding!

Ingredients:
6 bananas (not too ripe)
2 3.4 oz box instant French Vanilla pudding (make sure it is instant and FRENCH vanilla)
2 cups of milk (+plus a splash if needed)
1 box of Nilla Wafers (you may not need to whole box)
8 oz Whipped Topping
8 oz sour cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine pudding, milk, vanilla extract and nutmeg. Stir until mixed well and creamy. Add in sour cream and half the container of whipped topping. Stir until well combined (adding more milk as needed for a movable custard texture). Chop bananas into medium slices. In a dish or pan add a layer of wafers and bananas. Spread on a layer of the pudding. Repeat this ending with a pudding layer. Spread on a layer of the whipped topping. Arrange wafers and wafers crumbs however you like on the top. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Serve cold.
