We host Daylesford Discusses events every other month, welcoming a new expert panel each time to explore a variety of issues spanning food, farming, wellbeing and sustainability. During the evenings the experts share their knowledge, engage in debate and answer questions.

This virtual Daylesford Discusses event from May 2021 focused on The English Garden, exploring why nurturing plants and spending time in nature is so rewarding. The conversation covers topics including rewilding, growing your own, making the most of green spaces and composting.

The following green-fingered experts made up our panel, hosted by our resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan:

- Henrietta Courtauld and Bridget Elworthy: otherwise known as The Land Gardeners, Henrietta and Bridget are gardeners and designers who are passionate about pioneering a compost revival
- Dr Sue Stuart Smith: a psychiatrist, psychotherapist and author of bestselling book The Well Gardened Mind
- Hazel Gardiner: a self-proclaimed bold Hackney florist, Hazel is a floral designer, gardener, teacher and broadcaster who creates unexpected visual stories from single vase arrangements to large installations
- Millie Proust: a grower and designer of flowers with sustainable practises, for weddings, events, commissions & bouquet deliveries
- Jez Taylor: Head of the organic Market Garden at Daylesford

The Daylesford Organic Garden at our Cotswolds farm is a new retail destination dedicated to outdoor living and organic growing. A treasure trove for the home and garden, with garden furniture, accessories and soft furnishings plus gardening tools, seasonal plants, peat-free compost – and advice from the Daylesford team to help your own growing spaces thrive.
