When the inverter starts up for the fist time it will always take power from the battery.
Its first when the discharge current has been set below the actual current needed the inverter goes into idle mode, it will be standing there and the energy will only be taken from the grid unless if I restart the inverter with a hard reset, power cycling or start to charge the battery for around 30min, but the charging does not always help.
And by the way, who wants to charge the battery when the energy cost are high??
