Delicious Sandwich Cookie Recipe with Vanilla Buttercream

105g sugar
45g sugar powder
1 g salt
70 g egg whites
2 g vanilla extract

100 g butter
30 g egg yolks
50 g sugar
42 g milk
a little salt
2 g vanilla bean paste
