South African motorists' choice of fully electric vehicle continues to grow and become more affordable with this, the new bottom-of-the-range Porsche Taycan RWD. However, unfortunately, "affordable" here is a very relative term.

at just over R2.2million, the new Taycan is nearly half the price of the top-of-the-range Taycan Turbo S, and so it does represent a significantly more "affordable" way of parking an electric Porsche on your driveway.
