Focused on selling real estate deals and breaking the company record. Four deals were already sold by Wednesday and they plan to sell another five or six this week. On the east side of San Antonio, they are looking at a property that needs cosmetics and foundation work and discuss the potential costs for repairs. J.R. describes their process for selling wholesale real estate where they analyze the property, estimate renovation costs, sell potential investors by going out to the surrounding area and looking for for rent signs, fresh flips, and new construction. They then reach out to people they believe could be interested in the property.
