Today we do a full review on the Gen 2 Lightning which ran from 1999-2004. This particular year (2004) came with a 5.4 L Supercharged V8 with 380 HP and 450 lb-ft of torque , good for 0-60 in sub 5 seconds! These now with low miles are between $30-40,000.
