Follow along as I show you how to restart Fitbit Inspire 2 two different ways. The first way is if your Inspire 2 is responding to taps and swipes; The second way is if your Inspire 2 isn't responding to taps and swipes.

Note: Restarting or rebooting your Fitbit device should not erase any data. It is similar to turning off and back on or forcing your computer to restart when it stops responding as expected.
