With the last ever Audi TT rolling off the production line a few weeks ago, is it time to start stocking up on spare parts? We've all heard about the 10-year parts availability, but no law requires car manufacturers to do so, and even if they were mandated, the Mk1 or first-generation TT finished production way back in 2016.

I've also noticed that fewer Audi TT showing up at the local junkyards. Some parts that frequently go bad - like the door lock actuators - are still available as new, but some parts like the first-generation Haldex controllers for the TT Quattro are No Longer Available and the used ones are getting snatched up.

So if you have an older Audi TT, it might be time to start stocking up on spare parts to help keep your car on the road for years to come.
