The first time I saw a recipe for this sweet bean paste was on one of the Japanese channels. It is also very popular among Koreans. Among Korean and Japanese recipes, you can often find fillings for buns, pancakes and cakes made from red or white bean paste.
This paste is ideal for making flowers. It is quite convenient to work with, it does not melt and the flowers from bean paste turn out very natural. They do not have that unnatural shine that a protein or oil cream gives.
I often think about healthy, vegan/meatless dessert recipes. And this pasta is a real find. It is healthy and has the perfect consistency. Bean paste is an excellent base for sweet creams.
As for the taste, it doesn't bother me at all. If the beans are cooked correctly, they will have a neutral taste and no foreign smell. It will take on the taste of what you complement it with. This could be vanillin, citrus juice and zest, cocoa powder, any nut butter or flavoring.

Ingredient:
450 g dry white beans
300 g sugar
In the PP version we use 100-130 g of light natural agave syrup or grape sugar.
The degree of sweetness can be varied by adding a small amount of sweetener.
You cannot cook completely with sweetener.
Optional additional flavorings:
1 packet vanillin
20-25 drops of flavoring
1-2 tbsp. spoons of nut butter
(Peanut, pistachio,
coconut)
1-2 tbsp. spoons of dry cream,
condensed milk, honey.
We use either syrup or
syrup + sahzam. Exactly syrup
adds viscosity and elasticity
pasta.
Add in melted form.
We focus on taste.
Choose the pasta as much as possible

Method for preparing pasta:

1.Wash and soak beans
in running water for 6-8 hours.
Water should cover 2.5 times
light without grains beans.
2. Cook the beans over medium heat
25-35 minutes. Until
the skin will not come off
from the beans with a light pressure.
Cool the beans under running water
cold water and clean the skins.
3. Fill the beans with running water
and cook until the beans
will not boil over and will resemble
porridge.
Cooking time will take
about an hour, but the duration
depends on the type of bean.
4. Punch the beans with a blender
until smooth puree.z
5. Through cotton fabric (not gauze)
squeeze out excess water. As a result
should come out completely dry

If liquid
